Thanks for the Thelma and Fillmore examples, s&r (Cliff beat you to the Capitol Theatre one). Interesting that Jerry starts the transition at the Fillmore show and Phil picks it up. In the Thelma example, Phil starts it, but when Jerry was playing the usual The Eleven riffs about a minute before, a bit of it sounded Cumberlandy enough to me that I could imagine Phil having gotten the idea for the transition from him.
